Only persons who are residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Senegal, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, The Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Niger, Sierra Leone, Benin, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tomé and Principe, and Togo can take part by submitting their dreams/entries.
