Bunmi Davies is the C.E.O Afrotainment Productions, the producers of one of Africa’s biggest comedy shows ‘Stand Up Nigeria’. A Quintessential Producer who has successfully built a business out of his passion.
He will be quick to tell you he has been involved in leisure entertainment with his cousins as far back as 1983, his activities however took a business dimension in 1999 when he floated Afrotainment Productions. He later attended the Fate Foundation and The Enterprise Development Centre of Lagos Business School to polish up his passion into a thriving enterprise.
Bunmi is the Events Producer of Nigeria’s King of comedy, Alibaba and has produced all of Alibaba’s concerts from inception in 2005 to date (2014). He is also the Events Producer of some of the most recognized comedy names in Nigeria – Teju Babyface, Owen Gee, Holy Mallam, Helen Paul and a few others.
